I did a search through your website to get a set of spark plug wires for my 2007 VW New Beetle...for some reason it came up with a set (I ordered) not actually fully aware of what my beetle original wire set looked like. It turns out , These are incorrect set for my vehicle ... I emailed your company to find out where to return them. Tracking online shows they were received from your post office in Gourdonsville , TN. (Sept.03, 2020)
Now over a month later , I have repeatedly contacted your company via email and have been told your " returns dept " has not received them yet ??? I packaged them back in their original box as I received them (damaged box , not shipped to me in any protective rebox) .
I expect a refund of $42.50 ! I even had to spend my own money to return these spark plug wires !
I have repeatedly sent the tracking information sent to me through the post office and yet over a month later ...NO REFUND??
If this is the way your customer service is run , I would urge anyone in need of auto parts to shop elsewhere ! Your company DEFINATELY has lost ANY FUTURE BUSINESS of MINE !

I purchase front mats they send the wrong mats I told them about they made it look like it was my fault which I dont under if you enter vehicle year make and model and its a perfect fit why is this my fault. Anyway I drive miles off to return this product the ups charging 29.99 to deliver on the cheapest delivery mine you my mat is 41 dollars. I went to usps they charging me 43 dollars way over what I'm trying to get back. I feel like I'm stuck with a purchase that not my fault. Before all this i am the seller do they have the right one they dont have my vehicle size mats. So please be aware of this company Eeuroparts when buying.

The agent I spoke with (David) was very professional, Friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me and I was able to find the part that was needed.
Very easy transaction. The item was shipped and I was extremely impressed at how great the packaging was.

Horrible first experience

Horrible first experience. The web site enabled me to put in my EXACT year, make, model, trim - that was good and what prompted me to order based on what came up in the search. What was really bad is that the product I got was not even close to what was ordered. The product was a set of car mats - It wasn't the right size, didn't line up with the pegs to hold them in place, etc. The replacement mats weren't even close to the size or shape of the original mats. Worse, when I went back on the website to return them, all I got was a RMA #, no return label. I had to pay $27 to ship them back.

I ordered 4 brake rotors (front & rear), prices are great. The only problem, the main problem is they cannot be installed on my car. Website says they are for my car .... not. I have owned 7 series & 9 series Volvos and can say these will not fit on any of the cars I have or have owned. going to need some help from you guys. Oddly enough you are closed on the weekends .... an auto parts company that is closed on the weekends?

Still waiting...

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am a first and last time customer. In short don't even think about ordering from this place! My experience, as follows: I place 3 orders for my Volvo that all showed IN STOCK. An Ignition Wiring Harness, Coil Packs and Spark Plug Wires. It is 7 days later and all I have received are the Spark Plug Wires. I have sent several emails and lucky to get an answer. So used the live chat messaging and the answer I received was the IN STOCK status is not updated sometimes... so the ignition wiring harness was actually not in stock and is on back order. It cost $168. Funds were pulled the day I placed my order and here I am a week later waiting to get credited.
The 2nd item (Coil Packs) are still not received. Status as of today ( 1 week later) is the shipping label was printed 5 days ago but still no tracking info. I asked to just cancel the order and give me my money back but I am being told it's with UPS and can take 5- 7 business days for tracking info to be available so I just have to wait. Tomorrow will be 8 days. FYI I ended up ordering the wiring harness from another company (hint: Lifetime Replacements on everything) and I got it in 2 days. Ordered Wednesday, received Friday.
Worst part is emails go unresponsive. Communication is horrible. And the ultimate is how can a company not have accurate stocking status! Charge customers for items they don't even have and then we have to wait who knows how long to get a credit. Oh and to add to it this is my only car and it was not operable due to the original wiring harness deteriorating so bad the wires started cracking. Luckily I had extra money to be able to order it from another company... and make it to visit my mom on Mothers day! Cant wait till this nightmare is over! One last thing... I received an email yesterday stating my order is complete and to Rate the service. So they think I received everything... Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I'd give a zero if possible

I get an email after they send the wrong product say they won't except it because it wasn't in the right box. Their box was damaged in shipping and the address tag ripped off when I pulled the tape off. The balancer was completely incorrect for the vehicle. Now they want to give me the run around because they ship the wrong product. I'll never do business with them again

Lower Control Arms

I ordered lower controls arms for my Volvo, as well as tie rod ends. I received the tie rod end in a small UPS box without any packing material. Luckily they were in separate boxes with no damage. My lower control arms which I ordered were 3 days prior to my tie rod order hadn't arrived and when they finally arrived the shipping box had No Packing Material and the box had a ripped open end and holes all over the box. When I opened the box each control arm looked used, meaning they had black marks all over them. When I contacted the company I spoke to Luke who I can honestly say is Rude and a word I can't write on here. They wanted me to either return them and wait till they have them back in order for me to get a replacement or pay for another set to have them sent out. This company is now on my Don't Buy List. Poor Customer Service as Well as The Worst Return Policy of Any Company. What shocked me and pissed me off more was they wanted to give me a $10.00 store credit for what I received. As I said earlier. They Looked Like Used Parts.
